Someone from Motu contacted me and said they found the issue with 192 kHz sampling. Apparently the EQ pipeline is on by default even if you don't change the settings for it. The filter coefficients for this EQ filter was causing an overflow at 192 kHz sampling with full amplitude signal that I use (0 dBFS). tiffany towers st john\\u0027s nlWebLets talk clipping. I LOVE that the MK5 has a softer clip. The Motu 624 and previous Ultralite MK4 has such a harsh clipping sound. It's like scraping your ears again a jackhammer . The Ultralite MK5 thankfully has a more softer and less harsh sound when clipping.
