Web3 Nov 2024 · After updating my Hp laptop to Windows 10 Version 1803, thumbnails of .mkv files are not loading but for other video file types such as .mp4 load and display correctly. All thumbnails were showing correctly before upgrading to version 1803. I hope Microsoft fixes this issue in the next cumulative update. This thread is locked.
