Take Two also had to cough up almost $20 million in legal costs. Rockstar eventually had to release a new version with the 'hot coffee' files fully removed. WebIf they're released San Andreas with hot coffee still intact and known it wouldn't have been nearly as bad. There's no reason they couldn't put it in the remastered version, it's a lot tamer than a lot of things in subs games these days. Just so long as they don't hide it from review board. Effectively impossible.
